PlayFALL Installation
PlayFall Safety Tiles connect to one another using an interlocking pin system together with edge adhesive. As per the diagram,
PlayFALL is designed to be installed in a "Running Bond" using half tiles to begin alternate rows. PlayFALL's Interlocking system allows
for the tiles to be installed equally well over either a hard surface sub-base such as concrete, or a well compacted granular surface.
This easy installation method ensures a safe and secure play surface, while reducing preparation costs and minimizing maintenance visits.
PlayFALL Adhesives:
PL Premium: Edge to edge adhesive tubes - 825 ml tube (1 tube per 20 tiles)
PlayFALL: Base to tile adhesive (2 part epoxy) 1 US Gallon per 90 sq. ft. (Also available - 2.5 gal.)
Landscape Fabric: 36" wide by 300' long rolls only.
